1. Who we are

This website (https://thelovestate.org) is operated by Connexis OÜ, registry code 17570167, registered at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia (“we”, “us”).

We produce The Love State podcast and provide private coaching. All coaching services are delivered online only. We have no physical premises.

2. Services and prices

One-on-one online coaching: the first 60-minute clarity call is €50, and regular 60-minute sessions are €120. Booked via Cal.com. Sessions are video calls plus agreed text/audio support between sessions.
The Love State podcast is free to listen to. Listening does not create a coaching relationship.

Prices include taxes where applicable. We may update prices prospectively.

3. Coaching booking, cancellation and no-shows

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session via your Cal.com confirmation link or our contact form.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are charged at the rate of the booked session (€50 for a clarity call; €120 for a regular session).
We start and end on time. Late arrival does not extend the session.
If we must reschedule, we will offer an alternative time or a refund for that session.

4. Eligibility and important disclaimers

All services are for adults aged 18 and over only.
Coaching is educational and developmental. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or sex therapy and does not diagnose or treat any health condition. Consult a qualified professional for medical or mental-health concerns.
We make no guarantee of relationship or personal outcomes. Results depend on your participation.
You agree to participate respectfully, keep sessions private, and not record sessions without prior written consent.

5. Website and podcast use

Unless stated otherwise, we own the intellectual property in this site, the podcast, and its materials. You may view and listen for personal use. You must not republish, sell, rent, reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.

This site has no public user-comment or upload area. If you send us feedback, you grant us permission to use it to improve our services.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties for free website and podcast content. For paid services, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from mandatory protections of your country of residence. Contact us first via our contact form so we can resolve any issue. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
