Connexis OÜ is the data controller for personal data processed via this website. The Love State is a podcast and private coaching practice. All coaching services are delivered online only — we have no physical premises and accept no walk-ins.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact form: name, email address, subject, and message.
  • Newsletter signup: email address and your consent to receive emails and acceptance of our terms.
  • Clarity-call booking via Cal.com: name, email address, and any information you choose to share when booking.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and date and time of visit, for security and to deliver the site. We do not use analytics or advertising pixels on this site.

2. Legal bases and purposes

We process personal data only where we have a legal basis under the GDPR:

  • Contract / pre-contract: to respond to contact requests, manage clarity-call bookings, and provide coaching (first clarity call €50; regular sessions €120).
  • Consent: to send newsletters and occasional updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us through our contact form.
  • Legal obligation: to keep invoices and accounting records for 7 years as required by Estonian law.
  • Legitimate interest: to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and maintain basic site functionality. We do not perform behavioural advertising.

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. How long we keep data

  • Contact and booking enquiries: 24 months after last contact.
  • Invoices and accounting records: 7 years.
  • Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
  • Newsletter consent: retained while subscribed and for 30 days after withdrawal.

4. Sharing and third parties

We share data only as needed to provide our services:

  • Cal.com — clarity-call scheduling.
  • Buzzsprout — podcast hosting and player.
  • Hosting provider — website delivery and security logs.
  • Email delivery provider — to send and receive contact messages and newsletters.
  • Authorities — where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed in the EEA. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
